VVMC Qld Chapter - The Bunker is now officially licensed!  You are hereby cordially invited to come along and join us for a social drink every Friday night. 132 Meakin Road, Kingston. Bar opens 2pm and goes until 11pm. Veterans come along and enjoy the company of fellow veterans. Bike riders, come along and enjoy the company of fellow bike riders. All welcome.

The VVMC (NSW) property FSB Pearlbrook on Scotts Creek Road MURRURUNDI NSW 2338 is open to all bikers and other travellers throughout the year. A caretaker resides on the property and can be contacted on (02) 65 466 107 or the Secretary, (Blackie Reid), on (02) 49 825 367. Campsites are $10.00 a night, (other than show times), which entitles the visitor to utilise the bar, kitchen, shower, toilet and laundry facilities. The property is also available for conferences and private functions.

NSW 8th CC Leather-Riders 3rd Anniversary Show & Shine
    @ 1139 Pacific Hwy Lake, Munmorah. Categories will be Best American, Best Custom, Best British, Best European, Best Jap / Asian, Best Trike, Best Vintage & Best Overall. Sausage sizzle will be put on the day with hot & cold drinks available (BYO grog) along with a band. The shop will be open with 10% off all items. No further discounts apply for sale items! A seamstress will also be available to sew patches on your vest ect.
There will also be a ride organised for the Saturday (7th) leaving from the shop @ 12.00 noon heading for the Hunter & having lunch at the Ellalong hotel. A BBQ (or spit roast if the numbers are good & meals are pre paid 1 month in advance) will also be put on for Saturday night. More info on my website as we get closer to the date.

    Vietnam Veterans Motorcycle Club Cnr Old Illawarra Hwy And Menai Rd Menai.- invites all riders to our Australia Day ride from the mountain to the sea - Saturday 28th January 2012. Cash prizes drawn 6.30 pm after return to clubhouse - be there to collect prizes. Gates open 10 am run departs 12 pm, sharp. Cost $25 per person, includes, ticket in prize draw , hamburger with water or soft drink. $800 first prize $400 second prize $300 third prize. Licensed premises - food available. NSW 4th THUNDER WEST 2012
    Vietnam Veterans MC (NSW) advise Thunder West 2012 is to be held at the Chapter Property at PEARLBROOK near MURRURUNDI NSW on Saturday 4 February 2012. Just follow the signs along Timor Road to Scotts Creek Road. Gates open at 10.00am with an entry fee of $20.00 per person with under 18 year old admitted free of charge. Plenty of stalls, food and a well stocked bar. Try your luck at the Motorcycle and Trike show and shine, the Burnout competition or the Tattoo competition with categories for both male and female. Live music, wet T shirt competition and exotic dancers strutting their stuff after the under 18’s leave. Plenty of camping sites available from Thursday 2 February 2012. NO BYO alcohol, (the Chapter reserves the right to inspect vehicles), or Dogs. A booze bus service is to operate from Murrurundi for the cost of a gold coin donation to charity.

    At the Bunker 132 Meakin Road, Kingston 4114 Gates open 9am - judging from 11am - all entries must be ridden/driven - Burnout comp. Gumboot throwing and keg tossing comps. Raffles. NSW 31st 5th Annual Slopes & Plains Dice AMC Run
    Departing Wingen Hotel (just north of Scone) at 11.00 am SHARP destination DENMAN where we will party the night away. Come along and enjoy some of the best riding the Hunter Valley has to offer. Usual raffles and highest and lowest at each stop, as well as the highest and lowest OVERALL. Great prizes and prize money and a good time had by all is guaranteed. Accommodation available from motel to camping. As usual there will be bikes leaving Tamworth Maccas South at 9.00am Saturday morning and there will be people partying at Wingen on the Friday night. ALL bikes welcome
